Since arriving in the United States from India almost 30 years ago, the throughline of Nivedita’s professional experience has been an ardent desire to pursue her interests. After a degree from FIT and building a successful career as a graphic designer (all while being a mom to two young children), she followed her dreams of working in the fashion industry. Those who have worked with Nivedita commend her keen eye for trends, creativity, and her superhuman ability to put anyone she is working with and supporting immediately at ease.

Building a beautiful home that serves as a sanctuary has always been a core tenet in Nivedita’s life, and it is this astute awareness of the market that first interested her in investing in real estate.
